What should I do if there is a problem with the goods received, such as a faulty goods, incomplete goods and damaged goods?


Please contact our customer service within 3-7 days of shipment to report any problems received along with photos of the product and packaging.


Terms of Return


The product can be returned at the same price. If the item is to be replaced at a higher price, the customer will have to remove the excess parts themselves.


How do you get the night shopping?


Manually returned goods can be returned by any shipping company that is convenient to the customer, but may incur additional charges depending on the carrier, the weight of the goods and the shipping country.


How was the shopping night?


1. Go to "My Profile" and select "Return"


2. Click "Return" and select the item you want to return with a reason.


3. Click "Continue" and select the desired refund request type.


4. Check the return form and select a return channel that is convenient to the customer as follows:


Returning through Kerry


- Package that needs to be returned in its original packaging.
- Go to the Kerry branch near the house.
- Sticker for sending packages printed from the service machine on the package to the original sticker & barcode.
- Return the package to Officer Kerry and keep the slide as proof.


How to check the return status


You can track the return process at "My Returns" by displaying the status as follows:
Received online returns. Successfully created.
Novvember has received the item. It has been returned to the warehouse.
The refund process is complete.
Return denied: Returns were denied and cannot be refunded.
Received returns that have expired: Returns that exceeded and cannot be refunded.
