Credit/ Debit Card (Visa Mastercard or JCB type)
Mobile Banking (SCB Easy App, K PLUS, Krungsri Mobile App (KMA), & Bualuang mBanking) requires the mobile banking application to be installed.
QR PromptPay (QR Code lasts 20 minutes)
Destination payments.
Use accumulated credit.
Why did you encounter problems with debit/credit card payments?
*In case of QR payment, PromptPay must pay within 20 minutes. If more than 20 minutes, the original order must be repaid. *Pomelo accepts payments via Visa and Mastercard in both the app and the website.
* In the case of a debit card, please check with your bank if your card can be transacted online.
Problems with payment by credit/debit card may be caused by the following circumstances:
1.There's not enough money on the account.
2.Account name does not match information
3.No registration of online transactions with the card.
4.There's a limit on the number of transactions in one bill round.
5.No such account name.
6.There is a limit on the number of transactions.
If such a problem occurs, please check with the issuer's bank.
How to apply for a tax receipt
For online order items without editing information and orders.
- Go to Pomelo's website.
- Checked the information and details on the account details menu and checked my profile updates.
- Go to my order list and select the order list for a tax receipt.
- Press View Details for an order that requires a tax receipt.
- Scroll down the bottom to find the order summary and click on "Download the tax receipt" to print the receipt.
Remark: The tax certificate can only be printed using the above steps through the Pomelo website.
For online order items with edited information and orders, including Tab.Try.Buy orders.
- Fill in the form at https://pomelo3.typeform.com/to/UzdGWwez
- In case of non-return orders, the processing period is 2-4 working days.
- In case the order is returned, the processing period is 7-10 business days.
- Tax receipts issued on behalf of the company take a processing period of 7-10 business days.
